1. Freshness & Quality Guarantee
- We guarantee that all flowers and gifts are delivered fresh and in good condition.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur depending on seasonal availability.
2. Returns
- Returns are not accepted for fresh flowers, cakes, and edible items due to hygiene and perishable reasons.
- Non-perishable products (such as teddy bears, vases, or gift items) may be eligible for return or exchange if they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- The order was not delivered due to our fault.
- The product delivered was significantly different from what was ordered.
- A gift item (non-perishable) arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Refundable Cases
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and we are unable to contact them.
- If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided by the customer.
- If the recipient refuses to accept the order.
- For delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy
- Pre-order Cancellation (1 day in advance):
- If you cancel a pre-order at least 1 day before delivery, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- After Order Preparation:
- Once the order preparation has started:
- Flowers: 50% refund of the flower cost.
- Chocolate, Dolls, or Other Add-ons: No refund.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 2β3 business days to the original payment method.
